We appreciated the history behind the hotel, the unbeatable location, the rich Moroccan style decorations, and the friendly staff. The bedroom was comfortable and air-conditioned.
The bathroom is tired and the shower cubicle is not watertight. After a shower, the floor was flooded. The breakfast was very simple and not much to choose from. If you could provide freshly cooked Omelettes and fried eggs which are not too costly, that would be great.

The staff were delightful. The location was fun.
You have to call ahead to get a driver up to the hotel. Otherwise you get left at the bottom of a steep hill with your luggage.

The hotel is an authentic Moroccan palace with a restaurant in the center piazza serving delicious Moroccan food with impeccable service. In the evening a talented musician playing the oud, a string instrument.
I loved everything about the property and really enjoyed the hammam service and the massage. I with men could have access to those services as well.

Location and tropical Marocain style.
Reception crew and female, probably the owner unfriendly unhelpful and even arrogant.
Very noisy on the street until late night.
We had a dinner on the rooftop restaurant and the food was very poor.
