Enough choice for what we needed

The property is certainly more spacious than a hotel room and it’s clean. We only spoke to one of the hosts but they were friendly and asked us to let us know if they could do anything which was well received. All the breakfast items were nice and well considered.
Unfortunately I’ve still got a sore neck over a week after our stay; the mattress had a fairly big dip in and pillows were not supportive. This gave me a completely stiff neck over my birthday weekend so certainly made the stay less enjoyable. I did ask for former pillows the next evening but the damage had already been done.
A few of other things that weren’t great:
- Strange hot water contraption for hot water in the sink in the bathroom
- Cold water tap is an auto off tap which is pretty hard to press on and is loud each time.
- The apartment is in the owners back garden, so we did feel a little trapped out the back of someone’s house.
- No main sink for washing up, bathroom sink too small for washing up.
- No freezer in the fridge that’s in the room.
