Located in a trendy, hipster area of Mexico City, you'll be close to parks, hip restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and iconic bakeries like Lardo and Maque. The area is filled with boutiques, unique shops, and cultural activities. It's within walking distance to the subway station and Chapultepec Park, where you can find galleries and museums.

It was nice to be within walking distance of Chapultepec Park, to have a coffee shop right downstairs, and an excellent tacqueria right around the corner, along with a grocery store!

Description and photos were very accurate. It was great to have a bedroom/bathroom for each of my adult married children to stay together while in town for a family wedding. We had one small problem with hot water which they fixed quickly. They had everything we needed. It was very safe and in a great location.

The location & apartment itself was exceptional; host very responsive & helpful when internet went down. Fiber optic cable was repaired promptly. My only disappointment was the 60 day cancellation policy. We went from 8 to 4 people 5 weeks in advance and would get no refund if we cancelled, so we were stuck with a place 2x what we wanted.

A perfect apartment in a perfect location. It was hard to believe we were in the middle of a city over 20 million, as it was so quiet. Safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Excellent coffee shop in the base of the building and a large supermarket right around the corner. Wonderful restaurants in walkable distance. The apartment was very spacious and kitchen was as well equipped as my own. Would definitely stay again.

This was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. From this location we could walk to the store, restaurants, street vendors, and Chapultepec Park. We loved it! The apartment is great and had everything we needed (including umbrellas!) Coffee shop at street level. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries.

This property is as great as advertised! It is located walking distance from shops, coffee, pastries, fantastic restaurants and Chapultepec Park. Our first time in this amazing city and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The property was in a safe, great location, spacious, and clean. So many things were within walking distance. There is a Walmart around the corner which was convenient to get any groceries or essentials. The owner was great and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We planned a family vacation with our adult children and their +1s and this was a perfect apt. Great neighborhood and the 4 bed, 4 bath apt gave each couple private space in addition to large shared space. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for the few meals we cooked at home during our 10 day stay. Highly recommend this location for a wonderful CDMX experience.

We had a really great stay. The apartment is huge. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The doormen were extremely nice and helpful. The location of this unit can't be beat. All in all we had a really great trip.

I was with a group of 8 friends and this property was perfect. It was much larger than we anticipated, and having 4 bathrooms was so convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and well located. Having the Walmart express right around the corner was extremely convenient for getting groceries. Lorenza was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Would highly recommend this space for anyone coming to Mexico City.

This is an amazing Apartment / Condo. The location is great near restaurants, stores (Walmart grocery store around the corner), and walking distance to amazing restaurants. The building has 24 hour security guard at the building entrance. There’s a trendy coffee shop next to the building. The actual apartment is very clean and spacious. Most of the rooms have their own bathroom. My friends and I really enjoyed this apartment. We definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you.

My family of 6 adults shared this apartment and had more than enough space to call our own. The location is prime! We walked most everywhere on our tours of the city and spent MANY meals eating street tacos, gourmet coffee, prosciutto, and spicy peanuts within feet of our front door. Not all of the showers get hot water, but with 4 to choose from, we could always make something work.

We loved the location - near Chapultapec park, restuarants, open space, and appreciated the 24 hour doorman. There was plenty of space for 7 of us with our own rooms and bathrooms. The common spaces were very nice and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The only drawback was that the heat was inadequate for some chilly days in December, but we bundled up. A lot of things were closed on Christmas and New Year, so we were grateful for the large and well equipped kitchen. It really was a great place to stay for the week between Christmas and New Year (just bring warm clothes!)

This property was great. Very spacious, every room has its own bathroom. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and coffee shop and the full time doorman makes you feel even safer. My only comment would be some of the rooms can be a bit stuffy at night. We found fans in most bedroom closet’s.

Fantastic stay in Mexico City / Condesa.

The apartment is large, airy and bright, and was the perfect stay for our extended family group of 7. The four bedrooms and bathrooms (one is a hallway bath) were perfect to allow us privacy and the room to get ready for the wedding events we were attending, and the living and dining room were large enough when we all wanted to be together. The coffee shop/cafe downstairs is great, an added bonus to help us get going in the mornings, plus Condesa is fun to explore and convenient. We would stay again and hope to visit Mexico City again!

This spacious, comfortable apartment is ideally located in the attractive Condesa neighborhood, with a great coffee shop just downstairs and appealing restaurants steps away. There's a Walmart Express around the corner for stocking up with snacks, drinks, and more. We had a group of five adults, and we enjoyed lounging in the bedrooms and common spaces to rest up from the adventures out the door.

The property was fantastic. With 4 large bedrooms and 4 separate baths, it was great for our group of 7 which ranged from 3 years old to 70+. The location was great, and was easily walkable to restaurants, bars, and a very convenient Wal-Mart Express. It's in a door man building and the area seemed very safe, so we never felt any issues. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and good wifi made the experience easier. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The place was perfect for my three friends and I as we each had our own space. The building was conveniently located in Mexico City and right next to a new coffee/pastry shop. The check in process was seamless and the doorman was very accommodating. I would only caution that if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed by the sounds of cars entering/exiting the garage. (I only heard this one early morning). But other than that I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

This apartment was absolutely terrific for our group of five adults. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, we actually had an extra bedroom/bathroom! The location is terrific with a ton of amazing things that are easily accessible, and there's a great grocery store right around the corner. The doorman was incredibly friendly, even if we could only smile and say the few Spanish words we knew! And to top it off, Lorenza was AMAZINGLY helpful. We had some silly questions and some things we needed help with, and she was on it! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're considering booking this apartment, just do it. You won't regret it! And if you're still on the fence about visiting Mexico City, just do that too. If I had to choose one word to describe our experience there, it would be "surprising." The city's reputation doesn't do it justice.

The apartment was perfect for a party of 7. It was larger than we expected so there was ample room for all of us. A large kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. The guard at the front desk was super helpful. And Marisa, our contact, replied to our questions quickly. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.
