Perfect location in Roma Norte - walkable to so much including condesa. Comfortable bed and nice facilities, appreciated the filtered water tap.
We only got some fresh towels after 5 nights ( we stayed 11) and I’d reached out to two contacts and it wasn’t quickly resolved. The cleaner did a fantastic job when she came though. We were unfortunate to have party guests above and next door to us on our final weekend, waking us up in very early hours - that can happen anywhere though I guess and just unlucky! Was peaceful and quiet the rest of the trip.

Very good location in Roma Norte, close to nice restaurants and bars. Also very walkable area. The apartment interior seems new and nice.
Our apartment was very humid and there was no way to air properly. Even our dry clothes felt wet and nothing wet was drying. It was also cold during our stay and there was no heater. The person in charge could have assisted us faster to change the towels (they usually only change it with a fee for short stays).
