La ubicación es buena, se encuentran cerca de restaurantes, comercios, 10-15 min caminando la Condesa, metrobus.
El departamento esta equipado con las cosas básicas.
Las cama y almohadas bastante incómodas.
Un par de días tuve contratiempo con el agua caliente, el vigilante insistía en que yo no sabía como abrir la llave caliente dudando de lo que yo le decía.
Se escucha facilmente el ruido de la calle y de los demás departamentos.
Las toallas olían a humedad.
No cuenta con elevador, me toco piso 4 lo que dificultaba un poco el subir con cosas.
No tiene estacionamiento.

Great location in proximity to local eateries, but still an easy walk to the more upscale and tourist-focused restos in Condesa and La Roma. Strong Wifi (94U/94D), and good shower.
My room overlooked a fairly major street and there was a fair amount of noise until about 10-12 pm. No plugs near the bed nor any lights/switches.

Muy bueno el lugar, buen staff amable. buen sistema para gestionar reserva, te ayudan a solucionar temas. Ubicacion centrica. Las habitaciones son recientes, en buen estado, baño limipio y bueno, buena opción. En general es un buen lugar, de buena calidad a buen precio.
Me llama la atención que me ha quedado 2 veces y las 2 tuve temas con los ventiladores que te prestan par ala habitación, no funcionaban, el staff sí me pudo ayudar a solucioanr el problema, pero les sugiero revisarlso y comprar de buena calidad. En la snoches gente se reune hasta la madrugada en la calle con musica etc, no pude dormir por eso, no es culpa del hotel pero a considerar si el sueño es importante. No tiene elevador.

Balcony, Easy access, comfortable beds and bedding, Kitchen stocked with dishes and basic supplies. Helpful and lovely staff. Clean surfaces and bathroom. Good size bedrooms.
The condition of the apartment (walls, furniture) had more wear and tear than it looked like in the photos. Was smaller than it appears. One of the rooms (and the shower window) looks out to the garbage bin area. Some mold developing on shower ceiling. No lamps, by bedside or living.
