Good location but uncomfortable

Good location however the building doesn’t have elevator.

The building is old and doesn’t have elevator, my room was on the 4th floor and the stairs are too narrow and spiral, so uncomfortable to carry luggage.

The location is excellent - safe, lots of great eating places around, great vibes. The 2 bedroom flats are good, lots of space and well equipped

It’s not a hotel … they don’t supply any water, don’t change towels or sheets, don’t do cleaning or provide toilet paper etc. We had booked 4 x 2 bedroom flats for 6 nights, no cleaning was done even when requested

We had a very good experience overall with this place.

The was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.

We did encounter one issue. We booked a room for three adults, and the listing on Booking.com indicated that the room was suitable for three adults. Unfortunately, we found that the sofa was not really suitable for sleeping. It was even not long enough for a person of 5'3". Thankfully, the staff were quick to assist and provided us with an inflatable bed, which helped resolve the issue. I believe the listing should be updated to reflect the actual sleeping arrangements more accurately. This would help manage expectations for future guests. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the excellent service.

La ubicación es buena,el edificio bonito,la terraza genial y el personal muy amable,el apartamento bonito,es seguro y tranquilo el entorno para caminar e ir a Roma y Condesa caminando, tuvimos agradable estadía

En nuestra estadía hubo noches y días muy fríos, mientras estás en la cama estás bien,pero faltan pequeños calentadores portátiles para el Salón o donde estés reunido, también falta un mueble para organizar ropa y artículos de uso personal en una de las habitaciones del 103, y también algo más de menaje de cocina. Detalles fáciles de mejorar,nada grave pero que si harían más cómoda la estadía si te quedas varios días (10 nosotros )

Gran opción para la zona. Tiendas de conveniencia cercanas, cafés, taquerías y transporte.

Gran espacio, el lugar se siente limpio, nuevo y bastante arriba de lo esperado.

La entrada es un poco complicada de encontrar si es la primera vez que visitas o no ubicas la fachada fácilmente. En la misma calle hay otro lugar con el mismo número y nos confundimos al llegar.

Estaba limpio. Todo muy nuevo.

No es un lugar para tres personas , apenas caben dos y en el baño casi ni una (la puerta ni abre por completo porque chica con el lavabo). Es realmente incómodo, no recomiendo para estancias de más de dos días. Encima para entrar al baño es a través del dormitorio, osea, quién duerme fuera tiene que entrar al dormitorio para usarlo...no es un depa para más de dos!

Buena ubicación para corta estancia

Buena ubicación, a minutos caminando de la condesa y Roma.

No cuenta con elevador y resulta muy incómodo subir tantas escaleras, el acceso a las escaleras es angosto lo que dificulta subirlas con maletas. No cuenta con estacionamiento. Se escucha mucho el ruido exterior y entre cada departamento. Almohadas muy incómodas. Costo 50dld por mascota por noche, cuando en la página decía que era sin cargo extra.

La ubicación , el personal es muy amable

La atención al cliente no tiene idea de nada. Parece que no conocen el lugar. Escribí en varias ocasiones y poco resolvieron, para avisar de mi llegada tarde me dijeron que yo le avisara a alguien, lo que no tiene sentido. El sofá cama es muy pequeño , y solo te dan una sábana y cobija. Eso no es opción para dormir. Las escaleras son muy incómodas para subir con maletas . Está muy mal iluminado, en la noche ha muy poca luz Tenía 3 reservas para una estancia de 5 semanas , y solo usé una y cancelé las dos siguientes porque no nos gustó. Y nos movimos a otras opciones cercanas, e incluso mas económica . No creo regresar, a menos que no haya disponibilidad en otros lugares

Todo el lugar estaba acondicionado para pasar unos días agradables y relajantes . El departamento estaba muy limpio. Todo tal cual como se ven en las imágenes. La terraza es un espació libre para relajarse , en compañía de la familia . No tengo ninguna queja . Todo me pareció bien , y pensamos regresar en otras ocasiones .

Gran experiencia en apartamento muy bien ubicado.

El apartamento era bien bonito y moderno. La ubicación era bien buena, estábamos prácticamente en Condesa y llegábamos a Roma en unos minutos. El cuarto quedaba bien oscuro de noche, el baño era limpio y ordenado.

Es en el cuarto piso y no hay elevador, así que tocaba hacer un poco de ejercicio al entrar. Si son dos personas grandes, la cama puede quedar pequeña. Para nosotros no hubo problema porque somos delgados.
