Carlos (the local property manager) was super easy to get in touch with (we communicated in Spanish via WhatsApp) and was super flexible with letting us leave our luggage in the apartment early. The location is super central (Metrobus line 1 stop Campeche) and within minutes you're on Av Amsterdam in Condesa or nice spots to eat in Roma Norte. The apartment is newly renovated and I think we might've been the first ones in the apartment so everything felt super new. The bedding/towels/linen are all super nice and of high quality. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The apartment is massive! We were 3 people but this would accomodate 6 people very comfortably (3 double/king bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms) and honestly, the 2 sofas were so comfortable that even 8 would fit in here nicely. The kitchen is quite well equipped (but is missing an oven and dishwasher), but honestly, you're in Mexico City so you really should be focusing on eating out as much as possible! Overall this was a comfortable stay for the 11 nights we were in CDMX and is a really great option for families/ large groups as the amount of space is very generous for everyone to spread out and find their own private nook in the apartment

The apartment we were allocated was different to the one in the pictures in terms of the layout, so be aware of the possible differences. The listing is very honest about this, but remember that there is no lift/elevator. Whilst the apartment is in an incredible location, be ready (earplugs) for sleeping in the 2 front bedrooms as these essentially back onto Insurgentes and it's noisy 24/7
