About this villa rental
Villa Mäntykallio was built in 2007. The house was designed as a 5 star vacation residence for one or two families as well as a centre for hosting business delegations. The villa’s name, “Mäntykallio” (“pine crag” in English), was inspired by the name of the Finish crag on which the villa was erected. The building and its design draw on over 30 years of experience in the construction of Finnish blockhouses. The architecture has elements from various cultures which were combined and finished to the highest standards of quality. Some examples of these influences include the French balconies, the Alpine ceiling beams and the traditional wood heated saunas. A virgin nature and the nearby coast as well as Villa Mäntykallio’s exquisite décor convey a sensation of unforgettable vacation bliss.
Additional description: Three storey holiday apartment constructed according to the BJ 2006 blockhouse construction norm, municipality Pernaja/Loviisa (near to Porvoo).
120m² apartment for 8+2 persons. 5 star rating. 7000 m² estate, natural surroundings, craggy, slopes down to the coast. 50 m to the Gulf of Finland/Sarvilahti, dredged coastline.
Opposite shoreline 300 m away. Soft clay/mud underfoot
Good fishing grounds. Pets welcome. Smoking is not allowed.
Typical holiday apartment for vacations and for holding seminars.
Floor plan: Middle floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom/WC, terrace.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, chimney room, bathroom/WC, basement gallery: sauna (electric), bathroom/WC, whirlpool, seminar room (18 m²) for 8 persons, completely equipped.
Separate sauna building: 40 m² approx. with a wood-fired oven, chimney room/dressing room, mini kitchen, TV connection; shower/WC and sleeping floor.
Business conferences: Mäntykallio is a great place to hold successful conferences. There is a well-equipped conference room in the basement which contains the following:

We really enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness of this location in the middle of the forest. Still close enough ( 5km) to nearest grocery store and Loviisa center. We had everything we needed to make meals and relax, even fired the separate wood burning sauna a couple of times. The only thing we wished that there would have been instructions to TV and appliances either in Finnish or English as none of us could understand German.

Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Die erste Anfahrt ist aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit etwas ungewöhnlich, aber dennoch gut zu finden. Wir können dieses Domizil wärmstens empfehlen!

Echt een super mooie ongeving.
Pracht uitzicht en de rust komt je tegemoet. De woning is ook super het was hier zo leuk dat ik er geen mooiere woorden voor kan verzinnen!

Tolles Haus. Superschöne Gegend. Sehr sauber innen. Tolle Ausstattung. Die Bilder sind jedoch schon älter. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Strand zugewachsen und der Steg kaputt. Kinderfreundliches Baden war daher nicht möglich. Trotzdem hat es uns gut gefallen. Und der Vermieter hat die Beseitigung des Makels angekündigt.
