Выбирала апартаменты для проживания в районе Марэ, главное условие было чтобы апарты были чистыми, большими и с хорошим месторасположением. В целом апартаменты оказались просторными в красивом старинном доме, но на первом этаже и с маленьким окном. Попала в квартиру достаточно быстро, собственник предоставил очень удобную информацию.

На мои сообщения собственнику апартов в ватсапе я не получила ни одного ответа, что говорит об отсутствии вежливости. Было несколько вопросов: Я запросила второе одеяло, в ответ тишина. Мы из-за трудностей в поездке приехали на день позже, и предупредили об этом собственника, не получили тоже никакого ответа. Уборка проведена не достаточно хорошо перед встречей гостей, много пыли и посторонних запахов. В душе душевая лейка старая, плохо закреплена, возникала трудность когда струя лилась на стену, а не на тело. Большие требования к уборке после выезда. Была одна связка ключей, из-за чего мы с подругой были друг к другу привязаны, и приходилось договариваться чтобы одному из нас сложным способом попасть в апарты преодолев три двери с замками.

La casa si trova in una posizione strategica e in uno dei più bei quartieri di Parigi. Nei dintorni ci sono cafè, giardini, museo di Picasso, vicino alla bella Plage des Voges...negozi, metro... Ho apprezzato le istruzioni per il check-in, precise e chiare, anche se non ho mai incontrato l'host. In casa c'è tutto il necessario (aggiungerei solo qualche stoviglia in più per chi ha voglia di cucinare), l'appartamento è moderno e ben tenuto, indipendente e silenzioso. Troverete una lavatrice, un bagno piccolo ma confortevole con una bella doccia. Ringraziamo moltissimo la portiera dello stabile che ci ha aiutato per il taxi.

Non c' è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, aggiungerei solo delle considerazioni che secondo me possono migliorare l'appartamento e che non cambiano il mio giudizio globale. Peccato ci sia una sola finestrella in tutto l' appartamento. Ci sono due grandi vetrate che danno all' interno dello stabile, in una zona che è di passaggio e per la nostra privacy abbiamo preferito tenere le tende chiuse...per tutto il soggiorno Manca una cappa (se si cucina in un ambiente open space sarebbe meglio ci fosse) Non siamo riusciti a fare funzionare la TV, ma non era un problema per noi, perché eravamo sempre in giro.

I really enjoyed the apartment’s ideal location. It offered easy access to the metro, with convenient stores, cafés, and major shops and attractions all within walking distance, which made getting around incredibly easy. The apartment itself was spacious, with plenty of room for storage, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the level of privacy, it was peaceful and quiet, away from any noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which made for a very comfortable stay.

This is not intended as negative feedback, but rather to highlight a few areas that could be improved to enhance the experience for future guests. While the apartment was generally tidy, it did not feel thoroughly cleaned beyond surface level. Some areas such as the edges of rooms were noticeably dusty, and the drawers inside the kitchen cabinets would benefit from a deeper clean. The sink drain also appeared to need more attention. I would recommend a more thorough deep clean or detailed check prior to guest arrivals. That said, the bathroom itself was clean and well-maintained. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, such as a curtain clip that had come undone, a missing light bulb, and some visible TV cables that could be better secured. Lastly, the apartment may not be ideal for those travelling with very young children (e.g. 1+ year olds), as the layout presents some safety concerns, particularly the stairs and the wooden side panels near the upper sleeping area, which could pose a fall risk.
