    Few major issues with hotel. #1- eleven was down the 3 days we stayed and we were in the 4 th floor. 78 steps and my husband had recent knee replacement! Our luggage was carried up for us which was nice. The front desk is the only good thing about this hotel. The stairs were also very dark so it was a safety issue going up and down. The room was cool but air conditioning was not enough. Last our room had no door to the bathroom! Yes that is correct! I was not happy. We like our privacy in the bathroom and you had zero because of how the room was. location is near train and buses but honestly too far away from any points of interest. Would absolutely not ever stay there again. Reception people were helpful so we tipped them for their help.

    I read some recent reviews of this hotel after making the booking and was very concerned that I had made a big mistake, however my experience here was fantastic. Staff are lovely, location cannot be faulted, large room with beautiful bathroom and air conditioning. We were lucky to have a great courtyard view. The hotel is VERY well priced for Paris and I would definitely recommend it. Although I do not agree with this being marketed as a „4-star” hotel, it is still fantastic and I would highly recommend to others.

    Great location on the edge of Le marais and closeby to republique station. Friendly staff and very above average room size for Paris. Does seem a bit dated but minor for the location and size.

    Elevator never worked and third party websites said there was a pool. There was not.
