Great location on the edge of Le marais and closeby to republique station. Friendly staff and very above average room size for Paris. Does seem a bit dated but minor for the location and size.

Great hotel and very friendly staff!! Cleaning was very nice and regular. No complaints other than that they would sometimes leave pjs on the floor or on luggage. Great location!

I paid around *** per night for this “4 star” hotel which it doesn’t even come close to. The lobby stinks of I don’t even know what but it’s terrible. There construction going on and for one full day the AC was broken. When the AC did work, it was so bad that we basically were sweating all night. Later, one of the staff told me that they have to limit the amount of current going to the AC to allow enough for the construction equipment. Is that my fault? Why did I pay for a 4-Star hotel if I’m only getting a 2.5-Star at best? In the last two days, they gave us a fan to manage the heat. The bathrooms are not very accessible, you have to step inside a high bathtub which is definitely not safe for elders. There is a half glass between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so you can only turn on the shower at an angle if you don’t want to flood the whole bathroom. They give you tap water bottles. The mini fridge in our room was also broken. The only good thing is location, and the staff tried to help but they couldn’t do much.
