    The hotel could not give me a final bill on checkout. The bill was only sent to my email a few hours after I have left the hotel. We were charged for a few items from the minibar which we did not consume. It is really unprofessional that guests are not able to verify their bill or contest any charges during checkout.

    We were given a small room at first, the carpet is old and dirty, mini fridge isn't working so it's hard to store milk for the baby. The staff finally agreed to move us to a bigger room after asking twice, but we were rushed to move rooms. A bit disapppinted, our toiletries left in the other room were disposed of by the cleaner and they just said they didn't see anything. Facility wise- at least we didn't have to pay for water and we had to keep asking for a glass of milk. Location is fantastic, very close to Louvre and surroundings. Some staff members are helpful and friendly.

    Nice hotel, pleasant atmosphere, wonderful bathroom, professional and dedicated staff, and last but not least: on walking distance from Louvre and Tuileries! We really enjoyed staying there.

    Carpet really dirty and beds had bedbugs in them. Both of us got bitten all over our body throughout our stay
