I had stayed at this hotel before during New Year and had an excellent experience, but this stay was very disappointing. On the first night we were placed in Room ***, a ground-floor room that was extremely tight — we could barely open our suitcases or move comfortably. We also had to carry luggage down small stairs to reach it. The bathroom had drainage problems and there was no hot water; the water was freezing and we had to contact reception multiple times. When we asked to change rooms, we were told this was actually a “larger” room and that the only alternative was a classic room, which was confusing as this room felt far below expectations. It was also very noisy due to street activity, late-night disturbances, and nearby construction, making it hard to sleep. Although we were moved the next day to a better room, the manager’s response to our concerns was dismissive and unprofessional, even suggesting we contact Agoda for a refund instead of addressing the issue. Housekeeping also did not clean the room for two days until we specifically requested it, although the cleaners themselves were polite once asked. The location is excellent, but due to the service and handling of issues, I am unlikely to return.

A small and beautifully decorated hotel in the very center of Paris. It is ideal for exploring the place on foot as it is only five minutes walk from the Louvre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our first time at the hotel and highly recommended booking there. The location is perfect, staff very friendly, helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and tidy. We would return to the hotel for our next visit.

I have stayed in this hotel during new years and really liked it and the service was amazing despite the busy season. Unfortunately this time the service was very disappointing! DONT STAY IN ROOM 104! The room literally is hassle to get to and doesn’t alllw you to even have space to open your bag! The room was on the ground floor not 1st and the noise of the streets was unbearable! The toilet had no hot water and we had to keep asking more than once for it! The toilet was flooding all over the room! Then we changed to room 503 its the room we had last time the room is good but still we came back twice the room was not cleaned the excuse was that we had our card on the holder so they assumed we are still in the room and didnt notify us that we should remove. Our biggest issue was the discussion with the unprofessional manager who couldnt address our concerns and was very arrogant as if its our problem and as if we are not paying guests and have stayed here before! Paris is a regular destination for me and i wont stay here again!
