Children had their own twin beds. It was close to amazing bakeries, Asian and French restaurants. Room was cleaned everyday. They provide a shower gel and shampoo combo with little soaps. Room is equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea. Location is walking distance to the Opera and the Louvre. Air conditioner worked well in our room. Staff is very friendly and speak many languages
The penthouse room was beautiful with the skylights but the sun is bright around 6 am. Wish there had been a shade to cover those

Clean, well organised, well managed, very helpful staff. Breakfast was a basic buffet but really clean and well presented, fresh juice. Coffee available through the day. The room was well organised, good shower pressure. Internet WiFi connection was good strength and reliable. The elevator takes you to the 4th floor which is great for a small Parisian hotel.
A requirement to leave the key in the hotel every time you leave is not appropriate in 2026.

Friendly staff and good location
Toilets were on another level needing stairs and this was not indicated in the room details when i booked

Staff was very pleasant. Location was great.
Room was tiny. Bathroom door kept sliding open. Bathtub was very high - difficult getting in and out. Elevator tiny. Our group had to wait for each other.
