Hotel is located right in the center of Marais, comfortable bed, courteous staff and great water pressure in the showers.

I like the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very flexible to help you. I had the double room and it was a good size.
Critique is that during daytime the elevator can be used by cleaning staff and you could be forced to climb some stairs. Also i noticed there is no air conditioning but it didnt bother me as it was winter

The hotel reception area is clean and cute. Location-wise, it is in the nice area of Le Marais near train station and good shopping.
However, check-in wasn't the smoothest as they couldn't find my reservation at first. They had to call back and forth between staff. I discovered later that they meant to move me elsewhere the next morning when I checked out but I didn't received any messages from them via any channels. A hotel personnel also walked into my room when I hadn't checked out in the morning as well (luckily me and my friend already were dressed and finished packing our things for early check-out to catch a morning train to Lyon). It was okay because I later received apologies for all the mess.
The elevator when we arrived didn't work either so we had to walk 6 floor with suitcases up to and down from our room. The staff did offer help if we needed one but our suitcases weren't that big and heavy so we helped ourselves.
Speaking of the facility in the room, it was a okay. The bed room is spacious but the bathroom was awkwardly small and couldn't lock. At night, electricity was out the whole night too (from excessive electricity usage I guessed because I looked out the window and other buildings were fine). It came back again at 6 am because I heard some guests' complain.
I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this place except when you have to stay for a night and take early leaving in the morning, and also catch it at a good price like I did from very early booking. The location is the best part about the place.
