Proximity to the places we were going to visit.
Smell of mildew as you entered the room from the carpet. Was only notified of construction work in the lobby few days prior to arrival which upon arriving was discomforting. Didn’t even get offered a supplemental discount to our stay for the inconvenience. Wasn’t able to switch credit card payment to another card which is completely unacceptable in this day and age.
