For an early train from Gare de Lyon, it was perfect. Comfortable room, small refrigerator, nice bathroom with all necessary amenities. View over the rooftops of Paris. Decent restaurants nearby and less than 5 minutes walking to the station. Would stay again.
Nothing really - there is only one elevator so the morning could be slow with everyone checking out, but it was fine.
