The staff are very helpful when I asked for an iron and ice were delivered to the room very promptly.
Aircon in the room wasn't working when we arrived in 38 degree heat, I had to suggest to them that perhaps they could give us a fan? Eventually they did so the rest of the stay was fine.

was pretty standard
staff were not really helpful (all but one) room was positioned adjacent to the lift so was very noisy when people were waiting for the (lift to be expected) not great considering we paid for a quiet room restaurant was too busy to cater for the guests of the hotel
