Charles V Marais Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris. The location is fantastic — very central in the Le Marais area, making it easy to explore many of the city’s attractions, restaurants and shops on foot. The apartment is on the ground floor and was clean and tidy. It has a small kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which worked very well for our family of five. The beds were very comfortable — my husband and I slept very well, and our three children were very happy having a bed each. Each room has air conditioning, which was a great bonus during our visit.The apartment does have windows, although they are not designed to be opened easily and there is no particular view. This did not bother us at all, as we spent our days exploring everything Paris has to offer. The check-in process was very straightforward, and communication with the owners was excellent throughout our stay. We did need to make the payment outside of Booking.com, but this was handled securely and professionally. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and centrally located place to stay in Paris, especially families wanting a convenient base in the heart of Le Marais.

The host could not have been more welcoming, helpful and attentive. The apartment is in good, convenient location in a lovely area. Very comfortable and well equipped. Air conditioning a real bonus.

The skirt of the double bed was all ripped and dragged on the floor… it just made the space messy… other than that everything was great!

Appartamento molto accogliente, vicino alla metro e alla fermate del Bus. Essendo al piano terra comodo anche per persone anziane. Utile la presenza dei due bagni, uno nel soggiorno e l’altro nella camera matrimoniale, entrambi con doccia. Tutti letti comodi, sia il matrimoniale sia i 3 letti singoli. Personale molto carino e disponibile.

Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto segnalare la presenza di formiche nella camera con letto matrimoniale. Inoltre era presente un odore sgradevole di fogna.
