Great breakfast, very nice people at the front desk and dinning room. Overall cleanning was good. Great location if you have to go there on a business trip.

Bad smell all around the place, in room and stairs. Seems that something was not good with the drain or something like that. Access control to hotel was almost none. You can enter through a side door and within one minute you can reach any room without passing through front desk. This give me the sense of stress all the time

Fine experience for the price paid. Dimensions were like a spare bedroom

Location was great. It is apparent that the owners and staff are trying hard to do the best they can with what is there.

Relative to other places I have stayed in Mexico, the room was lacking in comforts such as soft bed and pillows, the room and bathroom were small, the toilet did not flush well, the sink facet was wobbly(loose).

Truly disappointing!

Simple (but good) breakfast. That was the best of my stay. The room was OK for the money.

I could not sleep because there was a noisy party going on in the rooftop. The noise remained until way past 3 am. During that night, I contacted the front desk several times, but it seemed they couldn't help. As I was not being able to sleep because of the noise, I also asked if the party was in the hotel, so I at least I could try to join in. However, they told me it was in a different building next to the hotel. It was clear that they were not telling me the truth, and a private party was going on in the hotel. The day I was checking out, I wanted to pay for my stay with my American Express card. However, I could not do it because the Amex card reader was not working that morning.

Don’t be fooled. This is not a 4-star hotel in any way.

This is listed as a 4-star hotel. It’s 3-star at best. Maybe 2.5. Very dishonest. I would never recommend this place despite the staff being genuinely friendly and doing their very best to be accommodating.

La ubicación

La limpieza e instalaciones... El cuarto es muy apretado y pequeño... y en el baño habia una cucaracha muerta y la taza del baño estaba sucia En el desayuno incluido... solo hay café (y sabe a café reciclado de dias) no te ofrecen nada mas de beber...

La ubicación es muy buena, queda muy cerca de Polanco.

No la pasé nada bien, la cama es muy incómoda con un colchón que se hunde y se sienten los resortes. La primera noche hubo demasiado ruido, no supe si venía de otra habitación o del restaurante que está abajo del hotel. Entre el ruido y la cama, no descansé las 5 noches que estuve ahí. El internet ofrecido es prácticamente inservible, no carga nada, si vas por temas de trabajo mejor irte a un café o utilizar los datos propios. Quería que me gustara por la ubicación pero definitivamente no volveré, me parece muy caro para lo que es.

・ドライヤーが常設されておらず、フロントに尋ねに行ったら、わりと長い時間探して、明日の朝まで待ってくれと言われたが、いますぐ欲しいと言ったらすぐ持ってきてくれた、最初から置いていてほしい・バスルームのスイッチが壊れて、小さな金属板のようなものをうまく接触させる工夫が必要になった・コーヒーが最終日補充されなかった・洗面台の水量が少なくチョロチョロとしが出なかった
