The Location was perfect for the purpose of my trip.

The room was neglected, with peeling paint and scratches on the door. There were no hooks for hanging towels, and hand soap was scarce. And of the two nights, the building's elevator was out of service the second night.

Great location!

The location is great, very safe whereabouts and with a nice view. Good central point to visit the city. The apartment is calm and relaxing. Good value for the accessibility and comfort. The host is very responsive and kind, always attending to our questions.

It should be great to explicitly mention the bathroom is shared and outside the bedroom. The facilities are a bit old and could use some renewals.

I didn’t stay it was unsafe and filthy, noisy, hot.

Unsafe, dirty, noisy, hot. Shocked that it could be listed on Booking.com. The main door to the building was not locked when I arrived, when I left 45 min later and waiting for Uber it was still unlocked, saw two separate men enter without keys. I was told by owner that it was open for cleaning when I arrived but there was no one cleaning when I arrived or left. The building across the street has a guard. The place has rooms with their own bathroom but shared common area - this was not clear to me when I booked. The entire place is filthy, hair dirt, grease caked on cupboards and in microwave. Dirty rag in the kitchen sink. Sickening I could not cook or eat in suck filth. Bathroom dirty, mould on shower curtain, could not bear to shower in that. Very very hot also very noisy from traffic on busy highway below. The building is old and crumbling I question it’s safety in an earthquake. Run away! Owner refused to refund me.

Poor

The cleaning person was watching my son-in-law get dressed through the window from another apartment. When he ran into him in the hallway later, he told him that wasn’t cool and walked away. He happened to turn around and he was making vulgar sexual gestures. It really creeped him out. The previous night, in the common room, it appeared to be a pornographic photo shoot going on. Again, it was creepy.

Comfortable place to stay a couple of nights in one of the best areas of the city

Great location. It's an old building, but the room has all modern appliances and furniture. Space ours and great overall. Secure and with great communication with host. All questions and requests were answered promptly.

Ubicación buena, metro y transporte cerca pero el hotel está viejito

La ubicación si me gustó , muy cerca de los museos (jumex,soumaya ), de Antara y de Carso , así como del bosque Chapultepec, como ya conozco la ciudad usé el transporte público que pasa en la esquina del delpa, si te gusta caminar el metro Polanco esta a 20 minutos. En el mcdonalds pasan los camiones que van hacia Mundo E en caso de que vayas al Kinezis y al Parque Aztlán. Las áreas comunes están limpias

1-No hay elevador, estuve 8 noches y nunca funcionó, me tocó el piso 6 así que era una odisea llegar al depa. 2-La comunicación con el host es lenta 3-En una recamara no había espejo =/ 4-Sabanas delgados y almohadas algo viejitas ( No hay nisiquiera respaldos, es la primera vez en todos mis viajes que no había sabanasa y almohadas extras en el closet) =S 5-Un endredón estaba """roto"""" ( tengo la foto) , considero que esos detalles no deberían pasarse por alto. 6- Considero que por el precio el depa debería estar mejor acondicionado más moderno Creo que en las especificaciones deberían ser mas claras , el baño se comparte, no tengo queja con eso porque pasaban a recolectar la basura... La vdd es muy buena ubicación donde se encuentra el depa, ojalá Pablo considere reacondicionar y tomar en cuenta nuestos comentarios, tal vez con un reacomodo y reparación del elevador , si me atreveria a regresar.

Es un edificio viejo que se le olvida al anfitrión mencionar que es un piso 7 sin elevador, el edificio más lujubre y parece de una película de terror algunos pisos sin luz alguna, la colcha más vieja que he visto en mi vida, en mi casa yo la hubiera tirado hace mucho, si es un negocio inyectarle un poquito buenas colchas ,cobijas x k hace un frío, que a media noche me levanté a cubrirme con una sudadera, una sola toalla y vieja, parecía comuna hippie ,entra bastante gente que da miedo por qué la sala el área común olía a marihuana, disculpen mi reseña pero me arrepentí, ponganle unos pesitos más y busquen mejor un hotel, para tener privacidad, según esto había cafetera si pero sin agua ni café... Disculpen que sea honesta jamás nunca regresaría, ni aunk me regalaran una noche, por ese mismo precio me he hospedado en lugares mejores, favor de ver a los hospedados como personas no solo como mercancía, piense a usted le gustaría un lugar así?, dormiria a gusto solo con una colcha vieja que tenía mal olor y una frasada que no cubría nada?

La ubicacion es muy buena para mis intereses,solo eso

Estuve hospedado 8 dias de los cuales, la mitad el asensor no funciono y habia que subir andando 6 pisos. Esto fue un fastidio y muy mala experiencia, pues era muy incomodo tener que sibir escaleras.

PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL LLEGAR AL DEPARTAMENTO, NO SERVÍA EL ELEVADOR Y EL CUARTO ESTABA EN PISO 7, LA SEÑORA DEL ASEO GROSERA Y DÉSPOTA NO DEJO QUE UN CHICO DE MANTENIMIENTO ME APOYARA A SUBIR MI MALETA (25KG), EL CUARTO Y BAÑO SUCIO, NO ME GUSTO NADA, NO ME VUELVO A QUEDAR. EN DOS DÍAS QUE ESTUVE NUNCA FUNCIONÓ EL ELEVADOR Y PARA BAJAR MIS COSAS FUE IGUAL UN CAOS.

Dos de tres noches no sirvió el elevador, estábamos en el piso 7. El baño compartido muy viejo, percudido y sin suficiente papel higiénico. La cama y almohadas incómodas. Terminé con más de 10 picaduras de chinches.

La atención del host, el estacionsmiento y la vista del cuarto fueron excelentes.

El baño, huele un poco feo xq no usan atrapa olores o algo así y la cortina de la regadera tiene hongos, deberian quitarla o lavarla, al cuarto le falta tv o algún otro mobiliario como silla o escritorio, al ser de uso compartido, si vas por algo de negocios a la zona, es mejor que las habitaciones tengan algo más que la cama y un buró pequeño, ya que son muy amplias.

La atención del personal, la ubicación y el área destinada a juegos, además posee utensilios para cocinar, refrigerador , área para servicio de agua y cafetería.

Al edificio le falta mantenimiento en algunas áreas, sobre todo al elevador que no funcionó durante nuestra estancia (estábamos en el piso 7), y ojalá pongan atención en algunos pasillos que no funcionan los sensores de presencia para iluminación.
