Ten things wrong with the room before we checked in you think somebody would look at it before the customer arrives.The list is very long, simple things like a phone, working shower, working safe +++. Mexico City is known to have traffic issues but the location of this place makes it next to impossible even by the most experienced taxi driver.

The place was not clean. The towels and bed sheets hadn’t been washed — everything smelled like someone else’s sweat. It was disgusting This was my third visit, but unfortunately, it wasn’t pleasant this time. While the place was organized, it didn’t smell clean.

Hotel is fine and very well located. The building offer lot and the room are really big and confy. The only bad aspect is the breakfast. Good food and good quality but only 3 possible option. No possibility of selection. A buffet would be better.

A lot of space, we felt like home on a single bedroom. Definitely would stay again and recommend this place.

The room is huge. Everything is fine. The only issue is that the bed is SO HARD! It's beyond firm, it's like sleeping on a rock with a sheet over it. Come on guys, just get some better beds and i would stay there again.

Hotel for Business, Rooms to old, if you expected Good Service, this is not a Good Hotel, people from the restaurant sucks, 10 minutes, waiters was playing themselves, and I stand up and leave never attend me, always looking to pay Cash, because trying to scam the company, I arrive at 11:30 pm and The person in the reception was eating Chinese Food at Front Desk ( Disgusting)

I enjoyed my two nights at this hotel. The bedding was good quality and clean, allowing for a relaxing rest. Although it is close to the bustling area, the windows are well soundproofed and I slept well. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area for business or leisure.

The Staff we very professional and friendly and dynamic. We Enjoyed our stay. The location is very central, in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods of Mexico City. The neighborhood is very walkable with everything you need within Walking Distance- Coffee Shops, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Malls, Money Exchanges etc..etc
