This self-contained open plan Beach House has 2 large bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining area, one bathroom, separate toilet & European style laundry.
From the fully equipped kitchen, enter through glass doors into a beautiful glass conservatory which leads onto open decking and a small yard, all surrounded by privacy screens.
The "After Beach Entry" leads to an external hot/cold shower to wash away the sand after enjoying any one of the 3 fantastic swimming and surf beaches Cape Paterson has to offer.
Situated next to beautiful open parkland, with well maintained play equipment and cricket pitch, a 5 minute walk will take you to any of our beautiful beaches. The Cape Tavern is a must where you are able to enjoy lunch & dinner daily.
The general store serves breakfast, lunch / coffee and has great take-away.
Enjoy delicious coffee and cake at Zeal and Flow cafe
Minutes away along the Scenic ocean drive is Inverloch where there is a small shopping strip, cafes, & restaurants.
Enjoy fresh produce, jams, breads, plants at the Farmers Marker held on the 3rd Sunday of the month
Wonthaggi township offers fantastic shopping, movies, skate park, gyms and swimming in the YMCA run fitness centre.
Visit Wilson's prom via scenic countryside (1 hr 35 min) and lunch at one of the many wineries along the way.
BUS TRANSPORT available to Super Bikes, Moto GP on Phillip Island, Races at Cape Woollamai and Stony Creek.

Lovely property in a quiet location and easy walk to beach. Clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay, Marianna was a A host!

I stayed at Marianna's place for a mini break with my two young daughters. It was the perfect base for us to explore the area. The house is immaculate, comfortable, has everything you need and Marianna is a lovely host. We knew if there was anything we needed we could just buzz. Thanks again for hosting us!
