Beautiful modern house is located in a quiet street only minutes walk from the township of Cape Paterson and superb beaches. Don't only think Summer with this beach house . we have a beautiful Jetmaster open fire to create the perfect Winter getaway . Long walks on the beach followed by the ambience of a magnificent open fire .
The beach house is fully self contained and equipped with modern conveniences :
- Sleeps 8 comfortably+ sofa bed
- 3 spacious bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms (ensuite to master )
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer
- Full Kitchen Facilities: Including; dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and chest freezer
- Open plan living area
- Flat screen TV with HDMI and USB ports and DVD player. Wifi now available
- Reverse cycle air conditioning in central living area and an jetmaster open fire place
- Off street parking for 3 cars
- Outdoor deck with furniture and new 6 burner BBQ

There are many walking tracks near the beaches and headlands.

House was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The outdoor area and garden was a highlight. Libby was very responsive and accomodating for us. Highly recommend!

A tidy and comfortable house, easy walk to Cape Paterson Surf Beach, dog friendly, gorgeous native garden and super comfy beds. Owners were easy to communicate with and prompt with a resolution when needed. We are already booked for next year:)

Convenient location, 5-10 min walk to beach. Property great for a family with plenty of space. Lots of games and books when weather not great and kids loved the Netflix.

Libby was great to deal with, she replied to messages very quickly. The house was very comfortable and well appointed for a 5 night stay. The house is in a good location to explore the Bass coast area.
