Located just 500 metres from Cape Paterson's first surf beach, this freshly renovated beach house offers the perfect escape for families and small groups.
The house accommodates up to eight guests in five beds with bed linen included. Enjoy the landscaped backyard and alfresco deck with a BBQ, a variety of games and activities, outdoor shower and a well-appointed kitchen. Extend your stay and work-from-home with two fully-equipped workstations. This stylish home has every modern convenience for the perfect beach getaway.
LIVING SPACES
The living room features a huge six-seater couch and arm chairs, a smart TV, Soundbar, air conditioning for summer and a cozy wood fireplace for winter nights in.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, featuring two single-over-double bunk beds. Both bedrooms have built-in fans for comfort in summer.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully-equipped kitchen makes meals a breeze with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction cook-top and oven. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests for memorable shared meals.
HOME OFFICE
Extend your stay and make use of our two-person remote work desktop, ready to 'plug-and-play' with unlimited NBN Wi-Fi, two docking stations (USB-A and USB-C connection), second screens, keyboards, mouses and laptop stands (BYO laptop).
AMENITIES
We have amenities for all ages including an espresso coffee machine, board games, books, unlimited Wi-Fi, beautiful native gardens and a spacious backyard. The outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off between ocean dips.
For families with young children, we provide children’s toys, a baby change table, collapsible bathtub, and high chair (cot and baby linen not included). A park and playground are conveniently located just 400m away.
Bed linen, tea towels, hand towel and bath mat are provided.

You can tell Sophie is dedicated to making sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. The cottage is lovingly decorated and styled. She has thought of everything. It was a short walk to the beach and pub. We absolutely loved our stay.

The home was very well fitted out, well furnished and beds comfortable. Reminder to bring towels, especially if travelling from interstate.
