Conveniently located within walking distance of the Cape Tavern for relaxed meals and Zeal and Flow for your morning coffee, this home is also just a short stroll from the Cape Paterson Surf Life Saving Club and the renowned Cape Paterson Rock Pool.
Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, this well-equipped retreat is also pet-friendly, so your furry companion can join in on the fun. The home features three bedrooms—a queen room and two tri-bunk rooms—offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Please note that linen and towels are not included but are available for hire. Each bedroom has a wall mounted split system for year-round comfort.
With two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet (one of which is separate), and two living areas, there’s plenty of space for everyone to gather or enjoy a quiet moment. Outside, a spacious deck provides the perfect setting for soaking up the sunshine, enjoying a BBQ dinner, or stargazing at night. A 65 inch TV in the 2nd living area is sure to keep guests entertained.
