About this house rental
Lovely family beach house set just 15 minutes walk from beautiful Cape Paterson beaches and set to a relaxing rural backdrop. The house has 2 queen sized bedrooms, a third bedroom with one set of bunk beds, a spacious open plan living area with comfortable lounges and formal dining area. All bedrooms contain large built in robes, and the two queen rooms contain ceiling fans. A fully renovated family sized bathroom with separate toilet and laundry (complete with new washing machine) make for comfortable family living. Spacious landscaped native garden surrounds an outdoor deck area, with BBQ and outdoor setting (together with sun shade) for relaxed outdoor dining. The house has a 50" Smart TV, DVD player, and stereo and benefits from a split system air conditioning/heating unit, perfect to cool down after a hot day at the beach or warm up on a chilly night. Full kitchen facilities including microwave make for easy food preparation. A double garage can easily house any trailer or boat with complete security.

Walking distance to Cape Paterson’s patrolled family and surf beaches, in addition to native coastal walks;
Local area boasts great surfing, fishing, diving and snorkelling;
Walking distance to local general store and family friendly Tavern and Bistro, with access to local tennis courts;
Just around the corner is a great sporting oval with full playground for kids
Stunning coastal drive to Inverloch, just 15 mins drive away, with national parks and viewing points along the way, allowing convenient access to restaurants and cafes;
Easy access to Wonthaggi – just 10 mins drive – for all shopping needs, restaurants, entertainment, golf course and State Coal Mine;
Great starting point for trips to Wilson’s Prom (for amazing walks and wildlife), and Phillip Island is just 25 mins drive away.

Immaculate home that was spotlessand welcoming. Very much enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing experience. Hosts were easy to contact and provided a thorough briefing prior to check in.

We stayed for 3 nights in October 2023, the place was perfect, clean and tidy, we had 3 adults. The house had everything we could ask for especially heating and cooling and electric blankets. Glenn the owner was great and very responsive and was flexible with check in and check out times. highly recommended.
