At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Cape Paterson is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With stunning surf beaches as well as a more child-friendly bay beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.

Quilts and Linen are not provided at the property. Guests will need to provide there own, or can hire linen from the Inverloch Accommodation office.

Small kitchen , great location - visiting teenage kids loved the record player, tape decks and video tapes- not that we watched any. I think would not suit small children. Shady parking for a small ( low height) car.

The house was mostly as it was described. It served what we needed - a bed to sleep in. However, it clearly stated that no linens are provided, yet every bedroom had sheets and doona covers and we were expected to put ours over the top. Unusual expectation. There was no exhaust fans in the bathroom or kitchen. The very old stove was either flat out or off, so smoke and steam filled the house with no way out. We were surprised the smoke detectors didn't go off. Collection and return of the keys to Inverloch added a half hour trip on each end made for an extra long journey to the house, which was not appreciated. Most houses have key safes on the property. Doubtful if we would return.
