Host was excellent in being very flexible as my train arrived at midday and thankfully she could accommodate an early check in she also told me us about a new restaurant that had opened in town Property was very good and had a vibe about it quite funky and beautifully decorated beds were super and good appliances beds were super comfy and the place was so quiet hoping to stay again soon It was my first time in the area visiting friends from the area so luckily had my own tour guides which was quality definitely recommend this place

Unfortunately, the remote that controls the skylight windows and blinds died, meaning for the 2 night stay, we had to leave them open, meaning at 6am, the whole place was lit up. We did mention this and were told to go and buy batteries?

It was airy and clean. Everything provided. Beds were very comfortable.

A curtain as a door on the downstairs bedroom. Window to bathroom in the upstairs bedroom giving light disturbance at night. Lack of privacy.

Highly recommended

The property is beautiful and really clean. I had a really peaceful stay, the bed was really comfy and the place was warm and can be well ventilated with the electric skylights. Check in is straightforward and the deposit was returned with no delay. The staff on the phone and by email were helpful and efficient. Thank you.

comfortable apartment in quiet location, but tedious booking process

the apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. It had free parking and is in a quiet location. the space was really well used to make the overall feel airy and spacious.

there was a musty smell from the bathroom, even though everything looked very clean. I found the booking process very tedious with having to link to another booking process after the booking.com one, and it wasn't so easy to use. The hosts however did respond very promptly to all me questions about it.

Good value for money

The space itself was fine, the double bed was comfortable, there was cooking facilities available.

The space didn't have windows within reach that we were able to open and so when it became hot it became uncomfortable especially when trying to sleep. The bathroom also had a very damp smell to it, this is probably due to the fact there isn't a window. There were hairs on the bathroom floor which were from a previous guests stay.

No walled division of sleeping spaces gives limited privacy. Nature of building means no windows, just skylights. No blinds.
