Nothing. Staff are liars, management have no integrity. Very poor
Couldn't collect keys on first day, had to book hotel. Next day was told properly I booked wasn't available so put me i alternative. Heating and towel rail didn't work for 3 days. Room freezing having to use wet towels from day before. Management lied and said other residents had heating but when they sent their maintenance guy out (ed) he confirmed new boiler was changed but old thermostat was still in place so there isn't heating. I reported complaint to booking.com. asked for refund, property refused. I ended up leaving days early. Don't bother!++!+!!
