The beds were comfortable. We had an issue the office needed to address and they did the next evening.
We didn’t know there were steep steps in the apartment.

Central location - lots of parking options
Beds were exceptionally comfortable
One of sofas in lounge seemed broken so was rather uncomfortable.

Central for train station and shops. Mostly ,well provided for in the kitchen .
The beds ( both) were lumpy ,perhaps you should invest in new (er) mattresses?
I like coffee,and was glad to be told in the house description that there was a coffee machine (there wasn't!) and you posted a photo of a cafeterie ( plunger) . I reported this immediately on arrival, and so called housekeeping did not reply .
