It was disappointing
The property was easy to locate and access.
The room floor and wardrobe were dirty. The heating system was not working optimally. I was literally freezing in my first 2 nights. I raised a complaint to the host to send their maintenance team to fix the heating system, but I was told to fix it by myself. There are cobwebs in the building, and bathroom. The staircase, and walkways are dirty.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the springs were very noticeable making it painful. The room smelt of humidity which meant that by the end the clothes did as well, the freezer would leak during the night on to the fridge and the windows don't insulate properly making the property extremely cold.

The Stay was Absolutely Unbearable. Very Dirty Bedding. Extremely Dirty Carpets. No radiator working when didn’t wasn’t warm enough to sleep

In general location ok , supermarket close lots of take a ways in near location.
No Faclities no tv no tea coffee facility , walls very thin comings and goings until early mornings doors banging, next door had washing machine running at 1am though to 3 am most mornings .
