Horrendous!
I did not stay at the above address it was changed at the last minute by the host to 40 West st the link sent for the door locking was not the same that was at west st I rang the host got a recorded message It took over five hours for a reply
Disgusted with the service I booked in elsewhere Never use them again and it cost me a lot of money

Pleasant
The providers were security conscious going by the means by which you have to get into the house. Everywhere in the house is clean: room, kitchen, hallway..
The heater did not work throughout my stay, toilet roll wasn't provided. The hot water in the bath was barely trickling and, even at that, flowing intermittently. The bath was the smallest I've seen in my life.
