Place was not according to the pictures provided in the add.it’s completely wrong to advertise something and provide something else to coustmer. The room for Infact a box room for one person in the kitchen. Its very stressful to live and sleep in a room just inside the kitchen where everyone keeps preparing food for them self making noises and talking on phones late night.

Terrible and disgusting

probably the worst place I’d ever stayed. firstly the kitchen was soo dirty the fridge looked like it hadn’t been clean for years. the mattress was so bad an uncomfortable it gave me bed sores. the window in the room is broken so it’s open the whole time and it’s very cold at night. I texting the landlord about it and they didn’t bother replying or sorting out the issue and looking at the other reviews it’s an ongoing problem. honestly pay the little bit extra for a better place this is not worth it.

Don't even bother with this place.

This place felt like sleeping next to a train station. People up and down corridors all night shouting and making noise. Was staying there for work, didn't get a wink of sleep all night. Rooms are small, but they were clean. Bed was not the most comfortable. I was booked to stay for 12 nights, after the 1st night i tried to contact the property to cancel my stay, they did not return my emails or messages. It took them 5 days to come back to me. Very bad service. Would not recommend this property unless you are student/person on a very tight budget and didn't care were they stayed.

Very bad accommodation.

Nothing at all

I was giving a bad treatment. My light bulb was dead and heater was not working for two days. I called Amanda and she never come.if she sees my call she refused not to pick up my calls and text messages which didn't reply but interested to make more money from me by texting to stay back more for some days, but she will not reply my text . Please I need my refund and I had cold althrough my stay at 26 Westminster street. Cw2 7lf. Please pay me back for my refunds. Many thanks.

As it was for a married couple i would have expected a double bed, and not a three quarter one. The shower was too small as was the sink. The room we were booked into we didn't get, but the room we had was bigger in size so that was an oversight of the person who went into the wrong room. There was only 1 shower towel but as luck had it the person in room 4 had his own so he gave us his towels.

basic, could be cleaner in communal areas but has privacy/essentials

The room itself was nice, nice clean decor, comfortable double bed, good to have a mini fridge in room as well as kettle and a place where to hang your clothes and chest of drawers etc. However the en suite...although it was very clean/spotless, there was a bad smell coming from the en-suite which I cannot describe in words, but this was constant so it was not a matter of airing it, it was emanating all the time. No sure what it was though as the place was clean but this spoilt my stay quite a lot as I had this constant bad smell which came into the room too from underneath the door. The kitchen was dirty and messy, probably due to the person who lives there longer term (or someone else?), he left his dirty stuff lying around, there was again a constant bad smell, a little was from his cooking and food I guess and a lot from the fact that the bin lid was CONSTANTLY open, I would shut it to then find it open again when I got back so it smelt of rotten food waste in there. The saucepans are old/flimsy and if you fry anything it will get burnt due to the cheap/thin/old frying pan, better take your own frying pan when you go I guess. The owner was good, I received an email asking how I was to which I replied it was FREEZING in the house and my room (was 4 degrees outdoors) and all the radiators were icy cold, he/she replied very very quickly saying where the boiler was and I could turn it on which I did, however the boiler only gives heating for one hour and then it goes off so then it get freezing again unless you go downstairs to it every hours (so this is a problem in the night), would be best to have a thermostat (which it didn't) so that you can just set it at a temperature and the boiler then cuts on and off as needed. The free Wi-fi was very good, equally there were towels, clean bedding, shampoo/shower gel/hand soap and toilet paper. Would I stay again?

please read above: -heating (freezing in property boiler does not have a thermostat) -bad (very bad) smell from en-suite shower room -dirty kitchen with unsuitable for purpose saucepans and no washing up liquid.
