room was very good, but the upstairs people look like they were stay prominently or long term stay and the state of the kichen was unusable for anyone else because they left dirty pots everywhere even the smell it was really bad.

Everything, inability to get into room, kitchen very dirty with unwashed things left on worktop, oven top covered in spilt food, utensils left in drawer unwashed, we did not use kitchen as unhealthy, ate out instead, only 1 flat pillow each, 1 bath towel between 2 people, shower didn't work, cobwebs everywhere. Smell of cannabis. Price far too much, I would rather stay at Premier Inns, much cleaner, only ÂŁ29 a night, pity they were booked up!

Not a lot reslly the staff where excellent cant fault them bedroom was dirty i had to ask to get the cleaners in which i think is just standard to check if the room is clean for quests to stay in

My stay was at 178 Ruskin road as got allocated there, however I had a en-suite and couldn’t even use the bathroom as it
