nothing it was like a hostel every time i had a meal i had to wash other peoples dishes no television in the room bathroom was disgusting and the smell of the property stunk of weed

The location was close to town and the train station, which made shopping and travelling easy.

We booked a double room for 2 guests for the duration of 3 weeks, and it was an extremely unsatisfactory place, especially for the price (£726 for the whole stay). The room was tiny and barely fit a single springy bed (which was so uncomfortable that we had to double-layer a duvet on), a closet and a drawer despite being advertised as a double room. The shower handle was broken and the stall wouldn't shut properly, which led to leaks on the bathroom floor. In the first couple days we tried using the kitchen but the extractor fan was broken and set off the fire alarm. When we asked the town house to fix the fan, they said they'd send a maintenance team, which didn't fix the fan after our 3 week stay. In our second week the light bulb burnt out, so we requested it to be changed. The first request was ignored and on our second request they sent someone to fix it, but left shards of the broken one in our bed. Around the same time we were having trouble with one of the other guests, who complained that there is 2 people (us) living in the same room while he pays £80 a week for his, a third of what we paid, for seemingly the same room. The townhouse group was disorganized and passive and there was no clear indication of who was in charge. The requested cleaning wasn't done and on our last day, we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned next week. They honestly seemed clueless and weren't helpful with many things.

Home from home everything needed was included and probably would of been a nice stay, unfortunately asked to vacate on the second day booked 8 and still haven’t received full refund as agreed

Wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve been too, quiet old fashioned in the fixtures and fittings, but comfortable
