Cheap but missing towels and dirty crockery
The room was pleasantly decorated and furnished. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as a small amount of crockery. The price was unbeatable.
I booked the room for two but there was only one bath towel and one hand towel and there was only crockery sufficient for one. Fortunately I ended up making the trip alone so did not need to complain but this is unacceptable given that there is no on site assistance. Also some of the crockery was dirty, again unacceptable.

Very nice stay once the problem was sorted just took awhile to get sorted.
The room was very big and comfortable. Check in was nice and easy got all info with plenty of time. Check out was nice and easy too.
Shower wasn't working properly had to call maintenance twice to get it sorted. Holes in ceiling which was coursing a lot of sound at night coming from the loft. Shower was blocked up.
