Perfect villa for families.

1)Having the downstairs apartment was great for my parents, they had their own space and didn't need to use the stairs every time they needed something. 2)The steps into the pool were great, the children could sit and play in the water without having to be carried the whole time. 3) Good proximity to the supermarkets (Lidl 5 minute walk, Aldi 10 minute walk and Mercadona under 15 minute). 4) The beach and restaurants ect are in walking distance (20 minutes) 5) Villa was lovely, prefect for a family holiday. 6) Great value for money, would definitely stay here again.

No major issues, a couple of minor improvements could make all the difference. 1) The handle on the downstairs apartment was loose and made it difficult to open. 2) One of the pool side parasols was broken, went to put it up and the fabric fell off. The other parasol worked fine. 3) The washing machine didn't work, came up with an error message (low water) found the valve to add water but it's under the worksurface, between the machine and cupboard making it out of reach.

Mosquito bites every night despite using sprays plugins candles and burners- never had this issue before in Calpe and all 5 of our party were bitten. Perhaps a close proximity to static water/lake?? A few drying cloths would have been useful but did not affect the holiday at all

Location was excellent for beaches, town and supermarkets...

Villa not well cleaned for arrival Cockroach infestation which whilst treat mid stay still persisted throughout stay. 10 day stay without change of bed linen.

Lovely villa in a great location. Pool, outside space and views are spectacular.

Location is perfect, short walk to supermarket, 15 mins walk to beach/restaurants. Really didn't need a car, as we spent a lot of time at the villa as it was so nice. Pool and outdoor space wonderful with amazing views. Interior - spacious and well equipped. Excellent kitchen with large fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Would definitely recommend, and would consider a repeat visit in the future.

There was a problem with one of the doors to the villa - not locking properly, and then being locked out of lower floor overnight meaning an unexpected night on the sofas upstairs for the kids! Interhome agency maintenance team sorted this out efficiently the next morning. Kitchen generally very well equipped, but no kitchen scissors, a few dirty/broken items in the cupboards on arrival and a few basics like washing powder/washing up liquid etc would have been nice. Certainly didn't spoil our stay though.
