lokalizacja jest idealna. Praktycznie z każdego pomieszczenia jest cudowny widok na morze. Blisko znajduje się parking. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony w przybory kuchenne. Myślę , że jest to idealny apartament również dla rodzin dlatego że na górze znajduje się pokój z własną łazienką.
Byliśmy z rowerami także jedyny minus to brak windy.

Emplacement et vue exceptionnels. L'appartement est très bien équipé, assez grand pour 8 personnes. Tout est bien pensé.

Super lokalita, nadherne vyhlady, velky priestranny byt s 4 samostatnymi spalnami
Komunikacia s agenturou. Od uvodu sa mi komunikacia nepacila, agentura nie je ochotna robit ziadne ustupky. Za neskorsi prichod si vypytali 50 EUR, pricom zamestnanec ani len neprisiel k ubytovaniu. My sme museli prist do agentury. Ked sme vyrazili z letiska, zavolal som do agentury, ze nam zostava presne 50 minut podla Wazeu do prichodu, aby nas tam niekto cakal. Zrusila ma s tym, ze mam volat az ked budem na mieste. Ked sme prisli na miesto, volal som a museli sme tam pred polnocou unaveni cakat dalsich minimalne 15-20 minut, kym prisiel zamestnanec a az potom sme mohli ist na ubytko.
Ked sme prosili o neskory checkout, kedze let sme mali az neskor vecer, agentura nam ponukla, ze si mozeme zaplatit dalsiu noc :D
Depozit 300 EUR sme zaplatili v hotovosti a kluce od bytu sme vracali v sidle agentury v piatok okolo 10:00 rano s tym, ze nam depozit vratia. Agentura odvetila, ze oni sa nam byt pojdu pozriet az v pondelok a potom ten depozit poslu.

We stayed in these apartments from September 15 to 25, 2025. For a big family, this is the perfect place to stay! There are 4 full bedrooms (3 on one floor and 1 on another), a large kitchen, a spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment can comfortably host 8–10 people.
It has everything you need, including beach gear — sunbeds, umbrellas, and straw mats! The location is just ideal!!! And the view from the terrace… so stunning that we often skipped going out to restaurants and cooked at home instead.
Some people wrote about seagulls making a mess on the terrace — yes, they do fly around, but honestly, it’s not a problem at all!
Parking is also very convenient, located on a nearby street in a dedicated lot. The only downside for us was that someone scratched our car door there — but that’s another story…
One more thing to note: there’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the 4th floor isn’t the easiest. But on the other hand, you don’t need to drag your sunbed to the beach — just walk down the stairs and you’re right there!
All in all, we were very happy with our stay in these apartments and highly recommend them for a large family or a big group of friends. And as for Calpe itself — pure delight!
