The air conditioner in the bedroom with two separate beds needs to be repaired. It's dripping water.

We stayed in these apartments from September 15 to 25, 2025. For a big family, this is the perfect place to stay! There are 4 full bedrooms (3 on one floor and 1 on another), a large kitchen, a spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment can comfortably host 8–10 people. It has everything you need, including beach gear — sunbeds, umbrellas, and straw mats! The location is just ideal!!! And the view from the terrace… so stunning that we often skipped going out to restaurants and cooked at home instead. Some people wrote about seagulls making a mess on the terrace — yes, they do fly around, but honestly, it’s not a problem at all! Parking is also very convenient, located on a nearby street in a dedicated lot. The only downside for us was that someone scratched our car door there — but that’s another story… One more thing to note: there’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the 4th floor isn’t the easiest. But on the other hand, you don’t need to drag your sunbed to the beach — just walk down the stairs and you’re right there! All in all, we were very happy with our stay in these apartments and highly recommend them for a large family or a big group of friends. And as for Calpe itself — pure delight!

Feels like home

From the moment we arrived we felt like home. Everything we needed was already in the apartment. The apartment is extremely well equipped. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of sea while sleeping in the room is priceless

If the property is able to install some baggage elevator - that would make this apartment perfect. Also, the upper terrace is closed, maybe make it also available for guests

Great location

The location was perfect, we stayed there for my sister wedding which was taking place nearby, we have three children so the space in the apartment was excellent for them, & the beach is right in front of the apartment building, which again was great location wise to take the kids too.

Komunikacia s agenturou. Od uvodu sa mi komunikacia nepacila, agentura nie je ochotna robit ziadne ustupky. Za neskorsi prichod si vypytali 50 EUR, pricom zamestnanec ani len neprisiel k ubytovaniu. My sme museli prist do agentury. Ked sme vyrazili z letiska, zavolal som do agentury, ze nam zostava presne 50 minut podla Wazeu do prichodu, aby nas tam niekto cakal. Zrusila ma s tym, ze mam volat az ked budem na mieste. Ked sme prisli na miesto, volal som a museli sme tam pred polnocou unaveni cakat dalsich minimalne 15-20 minut, kym prisiel zamestnanec a az potom sme mohli ist na ubytko. Ked sme prosili o neskory checkout, kedze let sme mali az neskor vecer, agentura nam ponukla, ze si mozeme zaplatit dalsiu noc :D Depozit 300 EUR sme zaplatili v hotovosti a kluce od bytu sme vracali v sidle agentury v piatok okolo 10:00 rano s tym, ze nam depozit vratia. Agentura odvetila, ze oni sa nam byt pojdu pozriet az v pondelok a potom ten depozit poslu.

Estadia fantástica, sem reparos, a repetir, certamente.

De tudo, sobretudo da localização fantástica, mesmo sobre a praia. Estadia perfeita, sem nada a apontar. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para albergar, com conforto, uma família por sete noites. Perto de tudo, no centro de Calpe, junto a supermercados, comércio, etc.

O apartamento fica no quarto andar de um edifício sem elevador, pelo que o acesso terá sempre de ser feito por escadas, que, por sinal, são relativamente estreitas. Poderá ser uma questão importante para pessoas com algum tipo de dificuldade ao nível da mobilidade.

Etajul 4 fara lift, la 6 persoane am avut asigurat doar un loc de parcare, pe cealalta masina ne-au ridicat-o de doua ori, un aer conditionat nu functiona, au adus unul portabil, dar era degeaba. Nu facea fata. Nu am putut folosi acea camera, nu puteai respira. Apartamentul ar necesita niste îmbunătățiri, livingul are doua canapele cu niste cuverturi murdare si uzate pe ele.

Bardzo przestronny i wygodny apartament z pięknymi widokami i lokalizacją przy samej plaży wszystko w środku czyste i pachnące serdecznie polecam naprawdę warto.

Fajnie by było gdyby w ogłoszeniu podany był dokładny adres recepcji która jest w innym miejscu niż apartament, ułatwi to życie kolejnym klientom.

De locatie! Langs het strand! Alleen spijtig dat we op het hoogste verdiep lagen. Maar voor de rest was alles aanwezig! (Behalve een stofzuiger…)

Stofzuiger voorzien, iets bredere bedden… De rest was goed!
