We will get it again. It is recomended that the owner adds a dining table or a desk in the property.

The apartment is very tidy and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The kitchen has enough facilities for cooking. Very good airconditionair. The location is a good plus, near the cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Prima ruimte met alle voorzieningen aanwezig

Het matras van het bed was vreselijk doorgezakt. 4 dagen slecht geslapen en rugklachten. Ook de stoelen zijn aan vervanging toe. Als je het licht in de badkamer aandoet gaat de ventilator draaien. Dat is uiteraard prima, maar deze maakt net zoveel geluid als een dieselgenerator. Dus nieuw matras en stoelen en de ventilator repareren en dat is het een prima appartement.

Monolocale carinissimo a soli 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, con negozi e ristoranti praticamente sotto casa. Il letto è molto comodo e la cucina dispone di tutto l’essenziale per cucinare. Self check-in semplice e comunicazione virtuale impeccabile: avevamo bisogno di una coperta e ce l’hanno portata subito. Ottima combinazione qualità-prezzo, lo consigliamo!

Tenete presente che, per soggiorni più lunghi, sono disponibili lavatrice e asciugatrice, ma sono in comune e a pagamento.

Todo estaba muy limpio , la ubicación era perfecta todo muy céntrico, supermercados cerca , playa cerca todo bien.

De las pocas cosas que no nos gustaron : El wc estaba inestable, se movía de nada .

3 noches en agosto

Estaba muy limpio y bastante cerca de la playa bajando un par de cuestas. Tienes cerca bares, supermercados, farmacias y tiendas. Entrar con código me parece cómodo ya que no hay que llevar llave encima, y que admitan mascotas es un plus ya que es muy importante poder viajar con ellas. La habitación estaba insonorizada, se escuchan los ruidos del pasillo pero de habitación a habitación no.

Habitación pequeña. El colchón era incómodo (demasiado blando) y te hundes, no hay persianas y te entra la luz al amanecer, los sillones para comer son incómodos y faltan platos grandes ya que solo hay dos pequeños. Por otro lado, falta un espacio exterior tipo balcón o terraza ya que es imposible que se seque la ropa mojada de la playa en esa habitación sin un sitio donde poder tenderla. En el baño hay un tendedero desplegable pero no se seca nada, me llevé los bañadores húmedos del primer día al último a casa...

Super bien otra la estancia pero todo bien .

Lo recomiendo el punto cercano a comercios y a la playa muy cerca volveremos a pesar de un pequeñín inconveniente pero la atención súper rápida y en breve nos ayudaron y se portaron de lujo os recomiendo para ir por esa zona . Gracias volveremos

Tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia, era muy cómodo y limpio.

La hora del check out me parece muy temprano, no alcanzas a disfrutar de un desayuno en paz. Al menos poner la salida a las 12 del mediodía. Otra cosa, lo hornilla grande de la vitro no calentaba lo suficiente como para un pollo o bistec a la plancha.

Correcto el apartamento al precio y súper bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y del centro, todo muy limpio y cómodo.

Las camas eran cómodas. Las fotos son acordes a la realidad. Supermercados cerca y está en el centro de la calle comercial principal.

El extractor del baño suena bastante. No hay sillas y mesa para comer, solo una pequeña mesa baja. Tiene un par de tramos de escaleras sin rampa ni ascensor. Cuesta aparcar por la zona de manera gratuita.

Buen sitio para un fin de semana en Calpe

Buena ubicación cerca de muchos bares y bastante cerca de la playa, y la limpieza, apartamento nuevo y limpio

El chekin es tarde, (15:00) pero luego el checkout es muy pronto, a las 10:30 en punto estaban echándonos literalmente de la habitación, no me había pasado algo así nunca y menos tan temprano. El Colchón hundido.

Al minuto !!

Lo que más me gusto la comodidad del colchón y almohadas y que había de todo alrededor de la casa . Lo que menos que no había ni champú ,ni gel y que la chica de la limpieza a las 10:33 ya estaba tocando la puerta con las sabanas en la mano para que nos fuésemos , estábamos casi a punto de irnos ,fue un gesto bastante feo la verdad !!por lo demás todo genial

Todo en general

Colchones, hace falta cambiarlos ya, que no existan habitaciones para fumadores, menos mal que el rellano de la puerta principal se puede aprovechar para ello. Es una calle horrible para estacionar y bajar las maletas, deberían de aprovechar el espacio para motos para ponerse un vado. Pues la puerta del garaje general del edificio tambien es buena opción pero si entra o sale alguien en el momento te fastidia. Y hay una zona para minusválidos pero si es ocupada tampoco es una opción.
