Built by the prestigious and renowned architect Ricardo Bofill. Located in the district of La Manzanera, close to the famous and award-winning architectural works, La Muralla Roja, Xanadú, El Anfiteatro and modernist buildings in the area.
Stunning views of the Peñón de Ifach and the sea from the entire house. In the centre of Calpe and one of the main golden sand beaches, Arenal, Los Pinos, Cala de la Manzanera, which can be easily reached by walking.

The kitchen is open and very modern, equipped with the most modern appliances, induction with integrated extractor, oven, microwave, washing machine in a separate space. Kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer....
