First of all, we dealt with very friendly owners of this apartment. Second, it was a God blessing to have a very nice and spacious parking space in a covered garage, when the whole Calpe is packed with cars and it's very hard to find a parking space. We liked the apartment and the fact that it was all clean and waiting for us with cold water! Also very comfortable in the heat with aircons in both bedrooms and living room.
It is quite a distance to walk to the beach/port. There is a closer beach, but I believe that most people would prefer the promenade with shops, restaurants, terraces, etc. Another downside, which I believe that it will be rectified soon, is the ceiling of the toilet that looks unfinished (probably a new boiler has been installed). But this is just about a minor visual aspect, as everything works as it should and there's no problems whatsoever with anything in the whole apartment

El olor del gel del baño. La terraza. El lavavajillas. La amplitud de la zona común.
Baño estrecho y único. Ubicación, arriba de una gran cuesta. Aire acondicionado de una habitación goteaba. No hay tendedero. Escasa cubertería, sartenes…

Dueño amable nos dejó entrar 2 horas antes sin problema y resolvió las dudas del parking al momento
Por decir algo faltaría una tostadora, batidora por lo demás genial
