Villa Maite, an impressive villa, with a private pool, is just 0.5km from the center of Calpe and 1km from the beach. Calpe is one of the main tourist places on the Costa Blanca, with its two promenades with an extensive variety of bars, restaurants, water sports and hiking trails. Maite is designed to enjoy outdoor life. You enter from the parking lot to a covered terrace with a large table and chairs, next to the barbecue, ideal for cool summer nights. Once inside, to the right, we find the fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast table and pantry with a washing machine.
We continue to the spacious living room with TV +A/C, and exit to a covered balcony overlooking the pool, from where you can access the private pool area, with its sunbeds, outdoor furniture and a shower/WC. Decorated in a quality modern style, it is a very spacious accommodation. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with two single beds, the other with a double bed with a dressing room and a private bathroom. Interior stairs go up to the second floor, with three bedrooms, all 3 with A/C: one with a double bed, two with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On this floor, there is also a large balcony with views of the Peñón de Ifach. The villa is located next to a busy avenue, so the traffic can be heard from the pool terrace. The accommodation is well isolated with double glazing. Maite is an excellent option for anyone who wants to experience a holiday next to the town.
