Ein schönes Haus mit guter nahezu vollständiger Ausstattung. Allerdings gab es Probleme mit dem WLAN, die erst nach hartnäckiger Reklamation behoben wurden. Der Pool ist nicht für kleine Kinder und/oder Nichtschwimmer geeignet, da er, an der niedrigsten Stelle ca 1,40–1,50 m tief ist. Sind kleine Kinder im Haus bedarf es einer dauernden Aufsicht!! Das Grundstück ist vollständig mit Steinplatten belegt. Die kleinen "Rasenflächen" sind aus reinem Kunstrasen. Nur am Rand stehen ein paar echte Kakteen. Zum Nachbarhaus grenzt eine Buschhecke ab. Alle aufgestellten Pflanzbehälter waren leer. Eine große Palme bzw. deren noch vorhandener Stamm ist tot. Leider ist es am Haus sehr windig. In 3 Wochen konnte die Terrasse nur an 3 Abenden genutzt werden,da ein Windschutz fehlt, so dass der kühle meist starke Wind ein gemütliches Sitzen unmöglich machte. Ein Windschutz (z.B. Rollos) wäre hier ein Segen. Ein Ausfall der Schwimmbadpumpe und des elektr. Tors kam dazu, das Tor wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Leider befinden sich an den Fenstern keine Fliegengitter, so dass man unnötig die Klimaanlage benötigt anstatt die Fenster zu öffnen. Moskitos gabs reichlich.
