Excellent location for my purpose

On the whole comfortable apartment , comfortable beds, nice furniture.
1. The washing machine doesn’t work.
2. The water is either very hot or freezing cold. No other option. Challenging to take a shower or wash the dishes. Water heater works very poor.
3. The host counts forks, knives, spoons, cups, towels, etc. when you are checking out. Said we had one more fork and knife when we checked in, though when we checked in of course we didn’t count anything. Rather awkward and humiliating experience. I am a frequent traveler with booking and first time face such an approach.
4. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. Ok for us, but for elder people would no recommend.
5. Loud noise from the road.
