The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a slight arrival delay. The host was flexible with the key pick up and made us few welcome regardless of us showing up much later than initially agreed on.
The place was freshly renovated. A great English reading selection on the bookshelf :)
The bathroom had used tissue on the floor and it was not thoroughly cleaned (dust and hair on the bathroom floor)
The biggest deal breaker was how cold it was in the apartment. When we arrived, all but one (bathroom) heaters were cold. We cranked them up and left for theater show. When we returned 4 hours later, the place seemed barely a bit warmer. We were completely unprepared for that! We ended up sitting wrapped in comforters and sleeping in one bed to keep each other warm. The apartment was on the ground floor, and the windows seemed to be letting in cold air even when completely shut.
Needless to say, I would never return to this place in the winter season. It’s a shame, as the location is phenomenal when going to the musical theater.
