Lokalizacja świetna – 15 minut pieszo od dworca kolejowego i 5 minut od Teatru Muzycznego. Budynek przy ulicy, którą kursuje komunikacja miejska. Blisko sklepy (Żabki, Lidl, Biedronka). Pokój czysty i dobrze przygotowany (stół, 2 krzesła, czajnik, kubki, herbata, ręczniki, mydło, suszarka do włosów). Na wspólnym korytarzu mały aneks kuchenny (lodówka, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, talerze, szklanki i sztućce). Odbiór kluczy bezkontaktowy (skrzyneczka z kluczami na kod). Brak szafy w pokoju, jedynie niska komoda. Pokój mieści się na piętrze kamienicy bez windy (jest to w opisie). Okna na podwórze, gdzie znajduje się ogródek (przeszklona wiata) lokalu gastronomicznego, jednak podczas naszego pobytu nie było to uciążliwe.
