The property is excellent. Very close to the city center and very clean, bright and comfortable. The management is difficult to reach and we had trouble checking in after hours. When we had problems with an electrical breaker, it took 12 hours to reach management but then the maintenance was quick and efficient. Luckily, we found the panel ourselves Bottom line: it’s a great place to stay if you are fairly self sufficient.

Dont go here. The place is truly terrible. We had to stay in heavy rain outside as they forget to give us a code so we could pick up keys. Its a reason why you cant cancel at the same time you see the place. In the backyard it was dark and the first thing happend was a bottle throwed out from the window, the entrence was dark and very dirty. In the apartment it was terrible hot, and dirty. The noise from the street was so high so you had to have all the windows closed. It then we realised the sheets was superhot to, and when we took out the blanket to sleep only in the sheet we saw awful dirty sheets to. The dirty rathole is two stairs without an elevator. We was there only for one night and spend our next 11 nights in another hotel. Its just impossible to stay there. The sofa in the livingroom was hard and cheap so the rest of the furniture. The neighburs are scary people. Its just an apartment bought for renting it out and I will never go there again.

Place was nice. Problem was it was 31 degrees the entire time with no fan or air conditioning. Also. The apartment was on the busiest street in Gdynia with all the traffic noises keeping you up all night. Would not recommend for this reason alone. It is not overstated.
