Duże mieszkanie urządzone jak prywatne a nie na wynajem. Miłe ozdoby, funkcjonalne szafy, dodatkowe wyposażenie jak deska do prasowania, suszarka są bardzo przydatne. Ponadto świetna sprawa z prawdziwym biurkiem i krzesłem biurowym do pracy w jednym z pokoi.

- lokalizacja - bezpłatny parking - telewizor z dużą ilością kanałów - czyste ręczniki
Z wierzchu względnie czysto, ale po przyjrzeniu się widać, że mieszkanie jest bardzo użytkowane, słaba wentylacja w mieszkaniu - straszny zaduch, cały dzień i noc mieliśmy otwarte okna, Parking - ciężko zaparkować, trzeba się namachać Prysznic - odpływ szybko się zapycha Brak podstawowego wyposażenia- 2 rolki papieru na 10 dni, 2 kostki do zmywarki… Co przeszło łóżko w sypialni wole nie wiedzieć - skrzypi jak się tylko dotknie. Podsumowuje to tak - drogo jak na tę jakość. Czasem warto zainwestować część otrzymanych pieniędzy na porządne posprzątanie i wyposażenie mieszkania tak, aby wynajmujący nie musiał kupować na kilka dni kilograma soli czy cukru.
