A good location but a good clean would go a long way.

It was a good location and it was warm. The kitchen was clean and the bed linen and towels were clean. The cleaner arrived as we were leaving and she was very polite.

It smelt as if pets had been in the studio. There was fur or hair of some sort stuck on the dining chairs. The radiator had thick dust hanging out of it and the main light fixture was extremely dusty. I hung my coat on the wall and it came off with a thick coat of white dust all over it - not sure how to clean that off easily. The shower runs icy cold if someone runs the kitchen tap. The sofa was dusty and could use a deep clean. There was a lot of bird poo on the windows and the communal areas had low head height and dirty carpets.

Perfect for two, would stay again!

It had everything! Couch, place to eat, kitchen, plenty of storage, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board. I liked the bathroom being separate. Space is really well used! Right next to a bus stop which takes you to the city centre- so convenient

The location and the offers within the apartment facilities are great. Good value for money.

Front door was out of service and back door access is quite precarious, specially if it is raining. There was a strong smell at the common area of apartment 6 which was not great.

Ok but won’t stay here again

Great location and with parking - well equipped, very fast WiFi

Suspect which apartment you get impacts the experience. We were ground floor and a) it was very damp with some mould, extractor fans didn’t work b) bed wasn’t comfortable, struggled to sleep c) dropped something down side of bed so had to lift mattress and underneath was thick with dust and cobwebs - can’t have been cleaned in years.

TV didn't work, Shower had no shower curtain so bathroom flooded when you had a shower. Extractor fan in kitchen isn't vented to the outside so kitchen smells just stay in the room. Not ideal when you also have to sleep in the same room.

The parking, the location, the apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It was absolutely perfect. The bed was also super comfortable.

The free parking is an absolute winner. It made it so easy and stress free. If I need to be back in Bristol I would definitely book again.

A lovely spot! I really enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic location and a lovely little apartment. Exactly as described. Very clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay again! I also experienced great customer service when I needed to contact the property manager.

A few more kitchen items would have been helpful eg. kitchen scissors, sponge. But otherwise well equipped.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Comfortable, every thing you could think of needing is covered. Coffee machine and pods. Tea coffee and sugar all in individual packs so no worries about contamination from others. Dishwasher and pods, washing machine and pods. Really comfy bed. Parking available. Easy check in the great info and a scan info page once inside.

Bathroom floor got very wet when the shower was used due to lack of a shower door/curtain, but the room was well ventilated and heated so it wasn’t so much of an issue. The bed was a little hard, although we did sleep quite well during the stay.

Appartment was clean and well equipped. Also location is very practical, close to bus stops. I enjoyed the stay there.

I had to wait to get the code from the appartment, probably due to online check in. I had a problem with the online form (they wanted to share card details which I do not except outside from booking.com), so I did not receive the code easily. I had to send messages to the service and also call them twice to explain the situation. I did not feel invited. And also the shower did not work, I had to call service. It looks they provide service to many accommodations so do not know the property well. I had to wait one hour to get another call in their open hours to tell me I have to switch electricity for shower. I lost one hour of my time with silly thing.

Nicely thought out studio apartment, very clean and in a quiet location with parking.

The key box took a bit of figuring out, plus the mattress could do with a topper. I was also on the ground floor and would have appreciated some kind of net curtain/blind for privacy. However these are minor issues and overall this is a place I would stay again.

Fantastic accomodation close to the city

Everything was perfect, fantastic location close to Clifton Village and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay away from home. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Four days in Bristol.

Bright and airy, well placed, with parking- good for a centrally placed stay. Quick response when we rang building maintenance with a plumbing issue.

There was a constant drone 24/7 of either a forced air unit or a fan within the studio apartment which was pretty noticeable at night. We needed something other than half a j cloth to do the washing up- either a sponge with a course green scrubber on it or a pan brush. Why was there no door on the shower enclosure? it meant you had to hold the shower handset with one hand if you didn't want to drench the bathroom and attempt to wash yourself with the other hand. Impossible to close the front window properly as it was warped within its UPVC frame. There was a bit of a tired air about the place.

Perfect for a short stay. Parking overlooked by the flat and out of view so safe, but pre-book.

Great for a couple. Great to be able to park on site. Ideal location for our needs but also a great place to use as a base to explore further. Fabulous local green spaces, and Clifton bridge on the doorstep. Cupboards full of crockery etc.. A nice stock of teas, coffee and UHT milk in the fridge and comfortable furniture. Cleaned to a good standard apart from one area which was disappointing but not a reason not to return.

Bedroom area could have been a bit cleaner. Dust, fluff and hair in corner of bed and shelves could have been a bit less dusty but it was a disappointment more than a reason to complain. Whilst having a lovely power shower, it could do with having an enclosed shower unit. Even with the power reduced the spread soaked the floor, walls and window! Resolved by placing the remaining towels at the end of the shower tray and off the window sill but not ideal.

Great location, good amenities.

Great location! Close to the Downs & local amenities. Having a parking space was great. Well equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine). Check in instructions were sent the day before &.communication was clear, although it would have been useful to receive the online guide prior to arrival.

The room was very hot & we didn't feel comfortable leaving windows open at night as we were on the ground floor. A fan would have been good! The shower was open on one side so the water went all over the floor. It was a bit noisy on one of the nights we stayed due to other residents but this was outside of the host's control.

Lovely short stay in Bristol

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Alison Court apartments. The location was good, being an easy walk from town. It was quiet at night, except from early morning wakeups from the noise of people's heavy footsteps etc in the apartment above. The kitchen was well appointed, and bed was comfortable.
