The dirt on the floors made my stay here this time disappointing, although it is a convenient, spacious, yet cosy place.

Good space, facilities and nice neighbourhood.

When I stayed here in November 2025, it was clean. Now in February 2026, the floors were not adequately vacuumed, so that was not very pleasant.

Good location, nice quiet property, but issues as detailed above would increase the rating;.

Location , comfort of bed, quiet, warm and facilities.

Cleanliness. Cobwebs on cornices and above at sides of wardrobe. Skirting boards at bedside were grimy. Inserts on bathroom door were dirty/dusty and some cutlery and crockery/pots had to be washed prior to use.

It was pleasant, needs a little more attention to clean non visible area (under bed) and ceiling

It was relatively clean and easy to check in

Under the forniture is very very dirty, under the bed there were clothes and stuff from previous guests. Lots of spider webs on the ceiling. They didn’t provide enough bags to collect trash for a longer stay, so the place started to smell bad

It was a little chilly when we got there (not to be helped - they obviously shouldn't heat it in between guests!) and it took a VERY long time to warm up (again, can't be helped, underfloor heating is slow) but can I recommend that they advise winter guests to prioritise getting the heating going ASAP and explain how to do it?

Location was great, perfect self contained apartment

We were very upset and disappointed to have no hot water or hot shower from when we arrived until 4days later when it was eventually fixed, we are expecting a substantial refund for the stress and trouble we had to go to visiting other houses for showers

Ok could be a little better

paid for 1 day at this appartment cant get in untill 3pm but have to leave at 9am so a maximum stay of 18 hours .Bed poor quality.fan very noisy .a few cobwebs and a few cobwebs on windows .adequate for a few nights stay.

Left out on the street

When I arrived at the property at 9.30pm the code for the key box didn't work. I rang the company who were of no use, asked me to send a video of what I was doing, as they assured I didn't know how a key box worked. When they got the video said I was doing it right, so there was nothing they could do. Leaving me a single woman out on the street in the dark. How do they not have a spare key?

Quiet, adequate base for what I wanted. Underfloor heating hard to control. Room was too warm.

Location was perfect. Within walking distance of all I wanted to see/do.

Information booklet said there were cleaning items under the sink. There was only one sponge, a feather duster in the bathroom and a vacuum cleaner in the wardrobe. Seemed to be damp, paint flaking off walls.

Good location, nice and quiet, and free on street parking at the weekend. Apartment was warm and quite spacious with good facilities - iron, hairdryer, additional fan heater etc.

The apartment was quite dark, being a basement property. It was also rather shabby, e.g. bed linen was torn (duvet cover) and laminated flooring was coming off in places. There is obviously a problem with rising damp and the wardrobe was quite mouldy inside - I didn't want to put my clothes inside it! I put my bags on the top of the wardrobe instead but that was extremely dusty - it obviously doesn't get cleaned very often. Also, the shower head / hose needs replacing as the high water pressure keeps making the hose pop off from the head.

Well equipped spacious basement studio on edge of Clifton with free weekend parking.

Good location in Clifton with free on street parking at weekend. Sound of lions roaring at the zoo over the road! Spacious. Good well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, washing machine. Excellent shower.

Mattress needs replacing (although able to sleep OK). Towels quite small. Some wear and tear/signs of damp (although didn’t smell at all). Key safe very stiff.

This accommodation is in an excellent location for exploring Bristol. We were so close to the Zoo we could hear the animals! Parking was easier than expected too.

BEWARE! Having paid in full, I was pursued on day of arrival by texts, emails and phone calls demanding and extra £150 (deposit) not mentioned up front at time of booking. Agent's staff said many people complained. Told to pay or not stay. Mould around bathroom tiles, plaster bubbling off wall, someone else's food left in fridge and loo unflushed!

Could be improved by having a mirror on the wall next to the table as the only mirror was located in the bathroom. Property is a basement flat and had a tiny bit of a damp smell

No communication from the owners other than to take a security deposit. Provided a dishwasher with no dishwasher tablets. Mattress was falling through bed slates. Not advertised as a basement flat - wouldn't want to stay for longer than 1 or 2 nights.

Clean, convenient, walkable from city centre and Clifton village, parking was easy but you do have to pay. It’s basic and clean for a short stay for a couple or single person.

TV isn’t smart tv but didn’t bother us as we were out and about all day. Tea coffee and sugar was stale and old, bring your own or walk into Clifton village to a coffee shop! There is a family that lives upstairs (this is a basement flat) and it is very very loud. We heard every conversation, all footsteps and they even had a party which meant we didn’t sleep till the morning when their guests left. But generally was fine for what I needed and it was clean and nice location.

Fully equipped and great quality kitchen. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great location. Easy check it.

A little cold being the basement flat but not a big issue as it has under floor heating.

Convenient location

Great location , very cosy and very easy to get the keys for a last minute booking.

The heating didn’t work properly so the first night was freezing and it was very dirty. There were lots of cob webs , and the cutlery and crockery had not been cleaned properly.
