Vacation Concierge Proudly Represents… COASTAL BREEZES!
COASTAL BREEZES is cozy, relaxed vintage style home with some modern touches added to a classically vintage San Clemente beach bungalow. COASTAL BREEZES sleeps 4 comfortably in two Queen beds. It’s the perfect retreat for a SNOWBIRD couple or a small family of four. This is a separate, single family style home, however, there is a separate studio with a single occupant opposite the private courtyard. The private courtyard with barbecue and patio furnishings is four our guests only.
COASTAL BREEZES is just minutes away from San Clemente’s best amenities… ‘T’ Street Beach, The San Clemente Pier, Del Mar Street (the historic downtown), and Casa Romantica. ‘T’ Street beach is a short 10 to 15 minute walk and is ideal for a day of sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. It's also close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants on Del Mar Street, the Public Library, Community Center, and The Cabrillo Playhouse – a local live theater. The San Clemente Pier is one of AMTRAK trains local stops. Take the train to San Diego or LA for a whole day of adventure!
And for the Surfer's, the professional surfing competition at Trestle's Beach is very close. Four different surf spots including San Onofre, The Point, Old Man’s, and Dogpatch are very close.
Leave the keys at home! COASTAL BREEZES offers PLENTY of parking for several cars on a private driveway. There is also additional street parking for your guests… a HUGE plus in a neighborhood so close to the beach.
SHOPPING & ATTRACTIONS: COSTAL BREEZES is freeway close and just a few minutes drive to other beachside communities including the historic San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point and the Dana Point Harbor, and the World famous Laguna Beach. The historic San Juan Capistrano Mission and the city of San Juan Capistrano offer beautiful historic tours. In all of these notable areas you’ll find antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries just waiting to be discovered.
COASTAL BREEZES is also within 45 minutes drive from Disneyland, Legoland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and the Orange County Airport and 60 minutes from Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Los Angeles Airport.
Within a 30 minute drive in either direction you will find the world renowned South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island in Newport Beach, and a slew of Outlet Malls in Carlsbad and Oceanside. There are live theatres, cinemas, museums, petting zoos, and much, much more. Dana Point Harbor offers whale watching, stand up paddle boarding, boating, restaurants and more.
Our temperate climate is GREAT for any BEACH SIDE outdoor activity including hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, fishing, horseback riding, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling / diving, boating, sailing, water skiing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, boating, and rafting.
KITCHEN & DINING: Don’t let the size fool you... while it’s small and cozy this is a fully outfitted kitchen with pristine vintage appliances, cabinets, and countertops. There is a small table that seats two and a breakfast bar with two director chair style bar stools.
FAMILY ROOM: A sofa, love seat, and arm chair offer plenty of lounging space. A TV and TV console cabinet can be seen anywhere in the room. Central heater but no a/c – we’re so close to the ocean we just open a window to capture those cool ocean breezes. Wireless internet and cable TV provided.
YARD & PATIO: There is an ocean view from the front yard! Pull out a couple of Adirondack chairs, sip on a glass of wine under the palm trees, and soak in the California sunset. After the sun goes down entertain your friends in your private patio. There’s a BBQ to grill up those perfect burgers.
TOYS: There are some beach chairs and boogie boards are provided for your use.
MANAGEMENT: Vacation Concierge is the bookings and reservations agency and the home is managed by the owner during your stay.
PETS: This home is pet friendly for a single dog under 25 lbs. I’m sorry, cats are not allowed.
SUITABILITY: This is a Non-Smoking home. All Guests must have an adult(s) staying at the house during the term of the lease.
